2. Description of Service
Scheduleit is a scheduling and analytics service that lets you:
- Connect TikTok accounts you own via TikTok's official OAuth authorization
- Upload, schedule and publish your own content (photo posts and videos), with TikTok automatically adding music
- View your own account and per-post performance (views, likes, comments, shares)
- Manage your posting queue and account connections
Scheduleit uses TikTok's official API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Scheduleit. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Your Scheduleit login credentials and keeping them secure
- Only connecting TikTok accounts that you personally own or are authorized to manage
- All content you upload and publish through Scheduleit
- Any consequences arising from content you publish
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Scheduleit only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use Scheduleit to:
- Operate, post to, or manage TikTok accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage
- Post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Engage in spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or artificial/fake engagement
- Upload or publish content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Post content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or otherwise harmful
- Attempt to circumvent TikTok's rate limits or restrictions
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload and publish through Scheduleit. Scheduleit does not claim any ownership rights over your content.
7. Third-Party Platform Terms
Scheduleit connects to TikTok via its official API. Your use of TikTok through Scheduleit is also governed by TikTok's own terms:
We are not responsible for changes to TikTok's API or policies that may affect Scheduleit's functionality.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Scheduleit is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish at the exact time specified.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scheduleit and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, failed posts, or account suspensions resulting from content you post or from your use of the Service.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Scheduleit at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
